Props for Brandon

I just wanted the community new and old members to know how awesome Brandon is. The customer service at War Bonnet has been amazing. When I ordered my WBBB 1.7 DL and asked for it to be here b4 xmas Brandon came thru for me. The wife was sooo happy to see it.

I recently ordered a Winter Yeti and mistakenly took it for a full length. When I emailed Brandon about my mistake and asked if there was anyway I could get a refund on the product. Brandon was very good about it and the refund was almost instaneous.

Brandon I am very sorry I could'nt make this work this time, but know that your definately at the top of my list when getting new stuff and I will most certainly recommend you to anyone.

I have sent Brandon numerous amounts of emails in the past month about items that may or may not be in stock. He has always been very quick to respond, despite the constant bother he's received from me. He made sure I was able to get two different hammocks he may not be making again and I'm very thankful for that. On both occasions that hammocks arrived within 8 days. I even got my teveler on christmas eve.
