How about a PLUQ (poncho liner underquilt) and a smidge of do it yourself?

A 2.5oz climasheild xp quilt with 1 oz ripstop should weigh about 10 oz and cheap. Easy to build.

Do you think a poncho liner would actually work for cold weather in conjuction witha sleeping bag? I can use a poncho liner a multitude of ways, more functions than something made solely for butt warmth

I intend to find out. It would be folded double and attached as an UQ plus a second for a TQ in the temperature range listed in the first post. Perhaps a third for draping over the ridgeline.

Eager for your report, been thinking about usingthat heatsheet idea or the AMK Bivy 2.0.

Down to about 72 degree nights in GA, I use a Neat Sheet (not a Heat Sheet) and just lay on top of it. It cuts out the wind below you and works well. I sometimes use another as a top cover as well. Lately, I have been using the cheap synthetic sleeping bag lineres from Academy sports as my "top quilt," Neat sheets used to be easy to find in grocery stores, and big box stores near the picnic stuff. Haven't seen them in a while.

I picked the corner weights out of mine and sewed it back. It was a PITA. On the next one, I just cut the corner weights off and sewed the corner.

I like the recommendation of a sewn through 900fp down, but for the warmer temps (and the high humidity and sweat that come with those temps) I prefer synthetic. I think down might be overkill for warmer temps.

A synth summer weight UQ will be thin and light already, so compressibility and weight should not really be an issue unless you are hardcore UL.
