I am CLEARLY a newblet.

I never thought of this. I've been looking around for a decent fuel bottle that I don't have to order online. There is NO reason why I can't use a couple of these instead.

I'm still playing around with the trangia 28 that I got earlier on a PIF here...and now looking at DIY versions with soda cans.

My next PIF is a travel battery charger that plugs into the wall (meaning it has no cord) and can charge AA or AAA batteries four at a time. also included is a 2008 AT thru hikers companion. I wouldn't use it on a thru but its good for planning distances and such. I can't seem to upload pics from my phone so will add those when I get a chance to hop on the laptop.

Use whatever pif rules you are comfortable with.

It is a diy white box clone. It measures 2 3/8" tall. Included is a 2oz. fuel bottle, a 1oz. fill cup, and a container to hold everything. This is all diy, but has been tested and works great.
