Best hammock for bad back 6'8" tall person indoors?

Hey everyone, I'm completely new to the hammock idea, and have been browsing around here because my mattress is killing my back, plus it's way too bulky to take with me and just dawned on me that it's kind of a stupid idea.

The problems I have are that I'm 6'8", and already the bridge hammocks seem to be too short for me, and I'm looking for the most ergonomic/orthopedic comfort design that can be set up indoors.

Does anyone know of any extra long hammocks that are made to be comfortable like bridge hammocks?

yeah, make yourself something 11 or 12 feet long if it's just for indoors. 65"+ width would be ideal, then hang it with plenty of sag and it will be more than roomy enough for you.

i've had satisfied users up to 6'8" using my Blackbird, which is 10' long. the traveler's are the same size but without the netting, and would probably work for you as well.

I was going to say the traveler as well. You would probably be happiest building your own if you have the ability. I would stay away from the ENO doublenest. I have that and find it very uncomfortable at 6'3''

it'd probably be pretty easy to install a bridge on it as well.

    Check #8 on the page.

And it's good for an afternoon romp, holds two, even three if you're lucky enough

At 6ft2 and 275 I find the BlackBird very confortable. I also use a ENO DN for my afternoon hammock studies (taking a nap) in the back yard or when the wife drags me along to visit her mother.

Big and long is the key. These Brazilians fit the bill for indoor full-time hanging. I use one and so do some others here.
