1.9 oz Nylon Single layer hammock...

I was thinking of using this for a single layer hammock...

I weigh about 220 and I'm 6'3". I currently use a double layer 1.1 oz Digital Camo DIY Claytor clone with great comfort. I just keep wanting to fool around and I was thinking of doing a single layer with removable netting.

I am 6'2" and 260 and my single layer 1.9 hammock is rock solid. You should have no problems. I would suggest treating the hammock w/ permetherin to prevent mosquitos from biting through the bottom in warmer weather.
