Hello.. I've been peeking around a tree, lurking, for almost a year and have found this forum amazing. The camaraderie and passion everyone seems to share is awe-inspiring.
I was lured here by Shug's videos and have since made 3 hammocks as my 2 sons now also hang.
I watched Professor Hammocks videos so much that when I finally wrapped my first strap around a tree, and made my Marlin spike hitch, it felt like I'd been doing it for years.
I've gleaned so much information from everyone on this forum. Every time I was tempted to post with a question, someone asked the same question, and the replies answered any and all thoughts I may have considered.
I've watched every video I could find from any member who posted and unknowingly found a few members through You Tube videos also.
This forum is truly a wealth of information and creative minds.
