    If you really want to shave grams, you could pull the individual strands out of the Lash-it. It has eight braided strands, but you could save 25% weight by giving up 25% strength and pulling two strands out and using the remaining six. Just a thought anyways ...

    Let me know how the spiderline works out. I have got some nast cuts on my harnds from this stuff. Because its so thin and rugged, it wants to act like a blade and slice rather then stretch and flex. So it might just end up cutting up your tarp.
