Tomorrow I am tackling the hammock socks with a test hang planned for Friday night in my parent's woods. Forecast - low of 42 and rain, perfect for testing. The dog will be sleeping with me for the test.

I'll take pics of the final products don't worry.

I am halfway through the first hammock sock but at a stall point because I have to wait for my husband to get home to lay in the hammock. I want to make sure it all fits before I cut.

    Krissa,
I use pillows to fill out the hammock during prototype. Works great. Make sure you have the uq in place for a proper fitting.

I'm normally not this productive, but I have a deadline to get this stuff done by. I start an accelerated masters degree program in May so I won't have ANY time for myself. I have also been doing yardwork like crazy. I have a new patio half done.

Test hang cancelled due to pouring rain before we were able to put up the hammocks. I don't think a first hang should begin in a downpour - I really wanted to hang tonight though.

Tentative test hang planned for this weekend - the weather has been so crazy. I've having eye surgery on Wednesday but I really want to try out my hammocks! If my eye doesn't hurt too bad we are going to head down to Red River Gorge.
