    I have found something similar and a whole lot cheaper, windsheild reflectors from the dollar store. They work great as an addition to the underquilt in sub 20 degree nights.

    Reflectix 24" x 120"

    Purchased last late summer from the local Ace Hardware for less than $20. Smallest roll they stocked. Only needed chunks to make pot and freezer bag cozy. Was thinking about using as an underpad insulation. But at ~13oz for the remaining ~70" it's a bit heavy compared to the HH ocf+sb combo which works fine for me down to at least 40F.
