    She only has the top quilt finished, we are in Oklahoma now for a funeral, and after that, she has to go to East Texas for another funeral. So hopefully All will be finished by the end of next week.

    Christmas presents

    I got the Speers book on hammocking, Ti stakes from BPL, and a hopefully soon to arrive, OES 8x10 tarp. Santa worked really hard this year

    I got Mountain Hardware Conduit Gaiters, an REI gift card for $50, Smith snow goggles, backcountry snow shovel, Possum Down socks (that I have not removed from my feet..well only to bathe), a whole bag of tea candles and (dare I say on this forum??) a GoLite Hex 3 Tent for winter camping with Non-Hammockers.

    i've been thinking i should get a pair of the possum down socks to sleep in.
    i've wondered if they feel better & warmer than other socks. sounds like you're liking yours<G>.
