    EE Enigma coming up

I've been wanting to try an EE quilt for a while now and just now finally pulled the trigger on an EE Enigma topquilt. There are not a whole lot of reviews that I've seen on using the Enigma in a hammock. I hope to deliver a detailed report of my experience with the Enigma as soon as possible. (2-4 week posted lead time). I'm 6'2" and I ordered the Regular length, Slim width. Looking forward to sharing my results.

I'm your height (a tad shy, actually) and love my Long enigma. The regular isn't long enough for me. That said, mine doesn't have the new footbox so yours might work better since the usable length should be longer than mine. I look forward to your results.

My favorite TQ of all time.

Nice...what width do you use? My HG quilts are all 50" so I figured I'd go with the same width on the Enigma.

I use the Wide. But don't go by that....if you're happy w/50" you should be good to go.

If you're like me, you'll be so excited when it arrives you'll just sit & look at it after you climb in while inside and sweat for a few minutes!

I bought the new style last month. It's nice. The reg reg size fits me at just shy of six feet. Length to forehead. The width is good, haven't tried it on a pad, but it seemed plenty roomy on the wbrr.

I also have an enigma on order so I'm pretty excited. Should ship any day now. I've used both an enigma and a revelation when I slept on the ground and loved them but I'm moving to a hammock and ordered the new style enigma. In regards to the comment above about the footbox, they actually shortened the new enigma since extra length wasn't needed with the new footbox. That's why it's an ounce lighter than the old version.

I got one of the new 20* enigmas the other week. It's awesome. I'm 6' 180lbs and the reg/reg fits me great. I could have gone slim even. The new footbox is really nice too, bi big 'ol clunker feet fit in there just fine.

I just had the first opportunity to use my 20 degree Enigma this last weekend. Spent 3 nights out with temps in the low 30's and stayed very warm wearing a base layer underneath. I got the long-wide and it worked fine in my hammock as I was able to tuck the sides which I felt helped trap the warmth.
