    My Trip Report Video

OK, finally, here's my video report. Loved all the other videos, hope this compliments them. It was great to meet everyone!

Nice video... good to see what things looked like at Wise.

Great to meet you, too, Scott!

We forgot to mention one of the fun things (Sort of a "You had to be there" type moment) we did on the side trip to the Wise shelter: Most of us refer to a campfire as "Back country TV", well none of us felt like looking for wood & starting a fire, plus the area had been heavily denuded of anything burnable. BUT I had found a small candle in the snow in front of the shelter, so we had "Back country Radio" instead. It was just enough to give us the feel of a fire, without the effort. The candle needed to be lit a few times as it got blown out, but I thought it was enough for what we were doing. All were well dressed & so didn't really need the heat from a fire to keep warm, just a touch of "entertainment" back country style.

    It was a nice candle....

Glad you liked the video, Mac! My children loved seeing how all 3 videos intersected at that picnic table, and especially the camera in the snow bit...
