DIY Indoor/Summer TQ

This was a 52x70 synthetic throw from Penny's. I bought it several years ago and I decided to convert it!

I needed something lightweight to use in my indoor hammock stand. At 70" the length was perfect, but I didn't want to loose any length in order to built a foot box. I had some left over scraps from my sleeping bag UQ conversion, which served the purpose.

Might add a triangle at the top of the foot box seam but so far no trouble...

Turned out to be nice and cozy. It does double duty on the couch and hammock.

I did something similar with a twin size comforter from WW, but it's not nearly as nice as yours.

You're right...it's da bomb for indoor use.
