Just went and picked up my new War Bonnet tarp today. Brandon only lives like 2 miles from my house. Real nice guy. we talked for a bit. i set it in the front yard." no big trees in back" neighbors were having an open house at the time. it probably wasn't the most appropriate time to do so, but i wanted to see it up right away.
i used the continual ridgeline over the top of the tarp w/ shock cord prusik knots at the ends of the tarp. and guyline w/ figure 9 clinches. im pretty happy with this setup. its much lighter and more compressed than i thought it would be. which is great. that silnylon kinda just falls out of the bag.
95 bucks for a fantastic tarp im happy!
