Great place and report, I have been there quite a few times but usually South of where you were.

    Did you pack or pulk?

If you packed, any guess on the load weights

We had a pulk, mostly only used it for bringing firewood in and a couple of us wanted to try pulling it. The park ranger said wood would be scarce by the campground. There was a big oak fallen 100 ft from the fire ring it made excellent firewood. One guy had a Sven saw and it sliced right through that frozen oak. I'm getting one of those before my next winter hike.

My pack was under 30lbs with food and 2 quarts of water. I brought my chair, a saw, my snowbibs, extra thermals. That didn't count snowshoes or my baselayers.

The first post of this thread had a couple attached.

I should add them to the Everytrail trip report.
