Im a 31 year old white male planning to go on a adventure with hammocks to the cascade mountain Mount Hood for a week what do I need to stay fed, warm, and dry. During spring break with a budget of 1,000 dollar Im willing to go cheap but not the cheapest stuff help me. So far I have a 40 degree bag a big trunk hammock and colman hiking stove.

Welcome to the forum. I guess the first thing i want to do is ask you a few questions not just for our knowledge to help you out but maybe so you think about some things about your adventure you might not have up till now.
    1-are you going alone ?
2-what are the expected temp. lows for the area at the time your going.
3-are you going to have a base camp and do day hikes from there or are you on a the trail?
4-do you have camping experience,,,in that area??
Once you know what your night temp lows are going to be then you can buy a 3 season or winter underquilt. You might be able to get away with a couple of ccf pads depending on temps but generally once a person gets an underquilt they don't look back. Your probably going to need better top insulation be it a sleeping bag or top quilt. I would start checking Mt Hood trail advice on the web to find out water sources , melting snow , expected weather. Going in the mnts overnight is one experience ,for a week is something else. Before you go out there with your hammock gear you should do some test hangs at home to sort out stuff before you go.
I would get a decent size tarp from warbonnet outdoors, big mama or superfly
I'm saying all these things assuming you have camping experience and know the area otherwise i don't know that i would recommend you take the trip at all if your alone.
I'm a big fan of woodstoves and alcohol stoves. You can make a paint can wood stove for less than ten bucks and takes no time to make and they work. Alcohol stoves are cheap and a good backup. These are some things off the top of my head.
Good luck and make sure you plan your trip out well.

I did some videos that may answer some of your questions on warmth and hammocks. Check them if you dare.
    Food .... another issue entirely.
