    Warbonnt's (i) Stuff

OK, so I have seen a few post somewhat slamming WB for trying out some international stuff. While I am all about buy american, I also work in aerospace and realize that you cant always do that to meet productions schedules.

I have one of the first (i) Big Mambajamba tarps, and love it. (xmas gift). I have used it a few times since xmas and love it! I also have a WBBB, compairing the construction of the two, there is no noticeable difference in quality. I would order more (i) stuff from Brandon (WB owner) if i had the money! (and if the wife would le t me ).

So those of you who are considering WB gear but are put off by the (i), DONT BE! Great gear, didnt see any drop in quality (and quality is what i do for a living, Quality Planner for a $10 billion a year Aerospace company).

The guy makes such great gear he has to keep up with demand, so dont knock him

    That's all I gotta say.

Nice report from someone looking at things objectively and being able to compare USA vs (i) items from WB.
I have been disheartened lately reading all the negative posts regarding Brandon's business. It's a shame people are speculating and/or editorializing posts.
I wouldn't hesitate for one second to purchase an imported WB product.

I have one of his imported tarps. Before I bought it I asked if it could be returned if I didn't think it was up to his normal standards. He said yes I could. That gives you a good feeling that he is standing by what he sells even if it is imported

Absolutely right! I had no doubt in my mind that he would.
It doesn't make sense for him to build his reputation these past years only to let it go down the tubes while looking out for the future of his business by investigating different means of production.

Yup, I get the whole Buy American, concept, but sometimes for small shops like WB it doesnt make sense and can force them out of buisiness even though the demand is there, but the production capabilities are not.

Although I am one who prefers to buy domestic when possible (did you see that? WHEN POSSIBLE) and when pricing is reasonable I must say Brandon has been 100% above board with this. First he makes a thread announcing that he did a test run and answered all of us with gentleness that I would have found hard to muster for some then he prices the (i) products at almost half of the domestic. He could have said nothing and kept the pricing identical while pocketing the extra cash, saving himself the grief.

Brandon has been a model of integrity in his business model and production values.

I decided to go ahead and buy an imported tarp. I wasn't going to, but because of the negativity posted I thought I would support him in this endeavor. He has been very open and honest about this. On the plus side, I'm certain I will receive a quality tarp at a discounted price! I can't wait for it to get here. Thanks, Brandon.

Yeah but I still hate him (meant with pure affection and positive feelings ) for making me consider an (i) tarp over a domestic by pricing the (i) ones so low. Curse you Brandon (in my best Snidely Whiplash voice).
