Down vest used as under quilt

Howdy all, I did some mods to a down vest doubling as an under quilt. Has anyone else tried this? it works great. See my video on this.

Just watched your vid. That's a pretty cool mod to your vest. I've heard of others stuffing vests/jackets on top of undercovers, but I've never seen anyone make an actual underquilt out of one. Nice work, and good idea! How low can you get with this system?

I love that idea! The zipper mod on the arm openings was very clever.

I bet someone will quick engineer a version2 of this which lets you wear the vest without the extra cord.

Great idea. What are the dimensions when in UQ mode?

.02 doesn't need to get rid of the cord. It needs zip off sleeves that zip back on in UQ mode. Dual use full jacket and a longer UQ.
