DIY tarp suggestions

Thanks. This Black Bishop fella has some pretty detailed instructions. That is a **** good looking tarp. But it may be above my skill level.

I made my yellow tarp with those instructions. It was only my second project ever and it came out really well. If you can do a hammock you can do a tarp no problem.

a sewing project is a sewing project...
as long as you take your time and are not afraid to ask when not sure, pretty much anything is possible
just keep in mind the size of the project and do it one step at a time and you'll be fine

I guess I have a few months before I will need it. Therefore, I can take my time. I may find a few smaller projects to work on my thread injector some more.

Go for the BlackCat .... it is all laid out for you. Just go slow and be patient.

I practiced by making a few snake skins for my hammock, then jumped into the tarp. It helps to practice a little, but it really is not super hard. Plus, nobody is judging if your line are not completely straight.

Take the plunge.... Just be focus'd on the task at hand, measure twice, cut once, take your time, I made a tarp last summer based on the blackcat instruction and I'm pleased with the results... Gonna make a second one soon when I can find some free time....
