I went in Joanns today with a couple of coupons. Thought others may be interested in this....he he he I went thru the line 3 times and used 3 different 40% off coupons I printed off the net........LMAO May be old news but I didn't know it......But I do now!!!!!!!Oh, and the lady also gave me a 50% coupon for the weekend.

Sometimes I go as far as walking to the car, dumping the first lot and then going back inside to use another coupon. Some of the cashiers are fixated on the one-coupon-per-customer rule. Other times, they'll let me use a second coupon "for my daughter."
My wife and I will check out separately. The cashier noticed we were actually together once and made a comment about her making me go through for her, and I had to laugh because it was the other way around.
i was in there this weekend getting the last of my materials for my diy hammock and the cashiers were all crazy about only using one coupon for one item. needless to say i dropped off one load at the car and went right back in for the other load. lol

Good info, but after the experience I had last week, I will not be back to a Joanns. I sent an email to their corporate office but have not gotten a response. Backwoods got my business, and they ended up being the same price as Joanns with the coupon
I just wish the local JoAnns here had ripstop. I have looked a couple times and they have never had any.
JTucker, at the local Joann's here, they usually only have a couple rolls of ripstop, and its often tucked in with the canvas for some reason. I guess it's all in the 'utility fabric' section. Might try rooting around in the canvas shelf and see if they have a few hidden in there.
If you actually *ask* someone if they have some, seems like your chances are worse than 50/50 that they'll actually say yes. Clueless.
