    JRB complete suspension ??????

Need seasoned hanger's insight. I have a ENO DN and no complaints except the SlapStraps. Yes, mine stretch. I'm going to WS. I like the complete suspension system from JRB. But the straps are only 60". I live in the Southeast US and I was wondering if they're going to be enough. Trying to get the best bang for the buck. Already blew the $$ on SlapStraps and don't want to spend unduly again. Thanks for any help.

    60" seems standard.
most of us carry a length of amsteel or dynaglide with fixed eyes in the ends.
    2 things:
    extend distance between trees
get around that unseasonably large girth

You can also get some extra length by employing the pull through method at :58.

I do as rip said and carrry a couple of 5 foot lengths of amsteel with fixed eyes on both ends.
You can always e-mail them and ask for longer straps if you feel the trees you'll be hanging from are going to be on the larger side.

60 should be plenty ...the guys from JRB are from the south so i would e-mail them if you still don't feel safe but i think they should be fine...i live in the northeast and i only use 4 foot tree straps ....
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold
