Looks like we have a good size group of people from all over attending.

Just wanted to touch up on some details now that we are over 25 attendees.

We can hold up to 25 people with out any additional fee. We can max ourselves at 50 but there is an additional fee of $5.00 per person over 25 people.

To make it fair to everyone the first 25 people to say that they are coming will not incur the $5.00 fee, the 26th through 50th will need to pay the fee. This is a state fee and not mine. Any one that would like to come that is over the 50 will need to get a camp site and I would recommend sites 36-56 as those are some nice sites down there.

This is not an event, we are just a group of friends coming to have a weekend get together (I needed to say this for legal purposes).

There is limited parking on the group site so I think that only 4 or 5 cars max are allowed at the group site. If you have a car or truck that we can use for additional tie outs please let me know as we "MIGHT" need them. All others need to park down at the office parking lot (this includes myself as I have no tie outs on my car)

Fire wood is $5.00 per bundle. I will pick up 2 and if others will help out with the wood as well. I think we will go through at least 15 that weekend as long as its nice weather.

Park rules and other info can be found on post #37 of page 4.

Any ideas of what we want to call our group? It would be cool to have a name.

Raffle? I was thinking that it would be cool to have a raffle for those in attendance. It would be free if everyone that is coming would bring something new or gently used that we could use. I will see if maybe some of the people that sell hammock gear have anything that they would like to send me that I can use towards the free raffle.
OR
we can charge a little per ticket and use that towards the next group get together here in Mass somewhere. It could be a Fall finale get together somewhere.
