WTB: 2/3 Down 3 season UQ that fits WBBB

Looking for a 2/3 Down UQ that fits a BlackBird. Needs to take the avg hammock-er down to at least 30*, preferably 20.

I'm not a gram-weenie, but I'm a backpacker who likes to keep things as light as possible. (Currently an 10-12lb Base Weight without the UnderQuilt I'll be adding...don't have an exact #....I haven't weighed my new hammock set up...yes, I'm a hammock noob).

Feel free to PM or post what you have in this thread. Let me know what you got.

Take a look at the Jacks-R-Better Mount Washington 3 Convertible. I love mine ! I use it in the summer in 2/3 mode. I put it into full mode for temps down to 10F to20F. If I need to get below -0F I supplement it with a Therma-A-Rest pad. It works great!

I'm aware of most of the vendors out there. I've been lurking around the forums for a couple of months.

I'm mainly checking to see if anyone has something they're looking to get rid of or upgrade. Since I'm a new hammocker, I'm not totally sure this is going to workout for me...and it's been too cold(for me) to try it out lately...when does spring get here again?

I'm definitely considering the yeti...but the things are backordered and I'm feeling impatient.

If someone doesn't come up with something, I'm planning on ordering a Leigh's 2/3 UQ. Thanks for the help guys.

I just sold a Leighs 2/3 UQ on here and I think you will be very pleased with that purchase. It was very warm and fit my WBBB no problems.

Yeah, alot of people haven't quite grasped the "Want to Buy" forum aspect. Its the reverse of the For Sale forum, as the buyer posts their wish to buy an item and the seller responds if they have the item in question and want to sell it. I too tried to express my interest in an UQ a while back and got the same responses you did. Alot of well intentioned people offering advice, but no actual offers.

Yes alot of us HAVE grasped the concept of the "want to buy " forums...but if you keep an eye on the For sale treads you will see not alot of UQ go up for sale...and when they do they don't last long....most ppl end up getting a new one anyway cause you only end up saving $5-10 on most UQ used...

Sarcasm will not get you far around here .....
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold

I have a WB Yeti that works great down into the low 20's for me. I have also seen the new UQ from http://wildernesslogics.com/ They will also get you into the 20's and are fully adjustable for easy venting. For a 3/4 lenght UQ they have a good price on them as well.
