Wow! Talk about generous customer service!

The guys at Tree to Tree Trail Gear are AWESOME!

I won't go into detail here, but is the way I was just treated indicative of how the guys run their business??? Is that how the folks at TTTG normally treat their customers???

If so, then all I can say is....wow...just...wow!
I'd say they went above and beyond with an optional solution for me.

It never ceases to amaze me the generosity of the vendors and folks here on HF.net

    Thank you, Dale!

Sounds kewl! and one reason I visit this site. Tons of generosity and a wealth of information. Sharing, praising, helping. Must be something about sleeping in a hammock that makes a different person.

Sometimes I like to hike and think, And sometimes I just like to hike.

Hiking is'ent about waiting for the storm to pass its about learning to hike in the rain.

I'm impatiently awaiting your hammock's arrival and a long review. I would imagine that I'll be ordering one soon.

Definitely great product and customer service.
I wish I could buy everything like this. Makes you never want to go to a "big box" again.

I agree. All the "cottage industry" vendors represented here on HF seem to all treat their customers above & beyond what a big-box company does.
I like being spoiled out here, and welcome the chance to throw any purchases I can their way.
And lately the purchases don't ever seem to stop.
A Switchback Light Hiker is on my radar soon.
