Zuki, do what I do and just sit on the couch. I have yet to roll an ankle doing a workout. Although I did throw my back out once over-extending for the remote.

Well, I'm hoping to make it. I've got a big inspection going on at work just before the trip. If it goes well there's no problem.

To make matters worse I rolled my ankle over during a workout. It's several different colors, all of them in the blue/purple family. I've got a month to heal up though and this is a pretty easy hike.

I'll bring along my little folding saw and we'll harvest plenty of wood for a good "white man fire" in the evening.

What size shoe do you wear? I work in Ortho and can bring a sweet anti-roll over brace if you like. On the other hand, I do spend a fair amount of time in Altamonte/Orlando, I may be able to supply that pre-hang out.

This might be possible for me to attend. Now that the details are finalized I can get to checking out flights through Alegiant airlines.

Was looking for other maps, not much out there. Found the Myfwc.com hunting brochure for Richloam, map wasn't as good as Flack's. I plan on being there around noon on Friday. My kit's coming togeather, need some more hang time. I'm looking forward to this trip.

They sell trail maps, I recently bought one for the Green Swamp-Richloam area, $6.00 + shipping. Not a bad looking trail map. I'll be carrying it for reference.
