    All hammocks hang banana shaped. Flat doesn't happen until you get in and lay on the diagonal. Try it...you'll like it.

    Well if I'm not mistaken, that would be an incorrect set-up for a brazilian hammock as they are meant to lay at a diagonal. Mexican/mayan hammocks are meant to lay in perpendicular. That's about as flat as I think one could get

    Perhaps that photo should be considered false advertising if the manufacturer posted it.
