    Ouch is right.
Just goes to show us not everyone on utube knows what they are talking about.
Loved his square knot, bet that was tough to get out after a nap...

Hanging from street signs and telephone poles? I'm sure the authorities won't be upset.

He was lucky. The foot end broke, so his legs and butt cushioned the fall. Having the head end break slaps the back of your head and top of your spine on the ground - far more dangerous (and painful).

You think he would have edited that out, or remade the video. Better yet, knew what he was doing before he made a video teaching others.

Funny how some people really don't think things through.

Wow, what stupid hipster... He's probably been sitting on a doughnut pillow ever since filming that. I love how he wasn't even prepared to recommend a knot, and when he tugged on that rope it looked like the streetlight pole was going to come crashing down... Then a whole gang of his hipster friends go to a city park and hang from the trees (without webbing) until the cops tell them to leave. I guess that's what an "Urban Intervention" is. It's like a protest, but without having anything important to say.

Why couldn't of been the head suspension to break first - maybe that would of knock some sense into him. And you wonder why Youtube is filled with failed attempts at something.
