ldcakes said it was pretty cool there already. I guess I'll have to get serious about some of those underquilt projects/mods Timberrr and I have been talking about. If all else fails I know our pea pods are good down to 25 degrees, but I'm hoping to come up with something more comfortable than that.

I am so looking forward to this trip!

At that elevation Gumbo the mid 70's is usually the highest it ever gets up there in the Summer. I know your're acclimated to Florida and it will seem a lot colder to you than for the rest of us when you arrive. I would suggest you bring an under quilt like you mentioned or at least a CCF pad. By September it also can start to rain and make it feel colder too. You should be bringing jackets and hats and long sleeves too.

Talked to my wife and we will be attending the hang.

I can bring a 10x10 canopy if needed.

I have some extra hammocks I can bring for folks to try and or use in a demo at the festival if needed.

Looking forward to being cool again after all this 100 degree weather we are having here.

I have quite a few of the Hammockforums info cards left over from Mahha. I will send them to you Tim to be used at Grayson. A banner or two hung at the right places to draw attention to the "exhibit" is also a good idea. Anyone able to make those?

I'm not sure if I can come but I'm enjoying the banter and committment building around this event. I'm sure you will have lots of fun!

Thanks Tim/2Q... the cards will come in handy.
The mods have talked about having a HF banner made. Hopefully we can make that happen before this event.
It sure would be grand if it worked out for you & ZQ to join us.

We will have an extra hammock setup with us as well if you need another display. Will anyone have a bridge hammock to display?
