    Melt ends of Zing-it/Lash-it

    Just wondering how you keep then ends of your zingit or lashit from fraying. My lash it doesnt seem to be melting very well....

    All zing-it/lash-it/Amsteel will burn/melt very easily. Perhaps you just need to keep it in the flame a little longer.

    I put a small drop of super glue on the ends. Cover about 1/8", 3mm. Works fine.

    I have used 1/2" of heat shrink tubing and a hair dryer to hold amsteel together until I was ready to use it. It also works well to hold everything together while you taper the ends.
