all though I dont stay on it everyday I have a myspace page as well but I must say that if it had'nt been for myspace I would not have found the HF myspace does have some pretty good groups on there and in fact that is how I found HF.

I was on one of the groups there Hikeing and backpacking group and several people in there had posted about useing hammocks instead of tents it peaked my intrest so I read on and they talked about different hammocks manufacter and then gave a link to this site so not only is myspace filled with kids (and it is ) and music of all kinds it does serve as a good place to get information as well. I am not into blogs and dont really no what one is and maybe some day I should but I have read some real good hikeing trips and such on some of it members as well.

As for face book I was a member there only for a work related project and have not been back only because it was hard for me to navagate around yes I dont know much about computers and some of this new fangeled internet stuff.

So if you are wanting to start something in face book good on you MATE but for me I think I will just sit here in my comfy little box called hammock forums/and yahoo forums and see all the pictures of the folks on here and what they are doing.

not that I am not open minded just closed minded to some

I have a MySpace; got yelled at a month ago for never responding to messages a friend left me. Apparently I hadn't logged in for over a year! Worthless to me.

I'd have to vote "I don't care" sorry
I have enough with my own web site plus the many different forums I belong to.
This being one of the better.

I have a profile, but I only use it to keep up with what my younger grandkids and older great-grandkids are up to.

My wife looked at my my 13 year old niece's Myspace page only to find that she had her age listed at 18 and was a senior in high school. I was not happy at all and neither were her parents.
