I should say that I'm not a 100% sure thing yet. The guy I was supposed to go hiking with is selling his house and has an offer in that if he takes will require him to do a bunch of odds and ends around the place. I should know by this weekend, one way or another.

Hey Jiblets

I suggested in the last round of PMs that Kasuko could be paired with Danalex as they are both from Ottawa and if they are both leaving on Sunday, they could also carpool together too. If this option exists then chardpp can use his prospector canoe and take DistortedAxis as the second seat.

If this option is taken then Entropy becomes the odd person. If he confirms as going then the rental canoe of either [o]TTeR and DeadEye or Bubba and Dant8ro could be changed to a 3 person canoe and then the Friday arriving crew will be all set.

If we don't have any cancellations, then this might be a good lineup, and we wouldn't need any triples... Also, we're running 16 people (plus a couple more with shawnh)!! That's amazing!!

I gathered curried goat didn't go over well with you, and goat roti is one of my favourite foods.

As far as food goes, I've got 4 lbs of strawberries in the dehydrator tonight - hope they turn out ok.

I also found my 11.5" jelly mold ring for some fire pit baking. I think I can make some fresh bread (and desserts) with it on the trip. I'll experiment with the bread this weekend.

No worries. Like I said at the time, I'll try anything once.

Anyway, so I'm 100% in for the hang now. Buddy's house got sold, so he's got a bunch of work to do.
