'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.” ― Mark Twain
Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
T'were me .... I would call them E-mails are un-reliable a lot of the time.
Hope it works out for you.

B/C he got them now
Listen up infidel!
I suspect they are probably not getting your emails; maybe a spam/junk filter thing. I've had pleeeeenty of disagreements with Hennessy....plenty. But, they have never ignored my emails and have always answered my questions. Tom got a really bad rap a few years ago and I think it is haunting him still, but IMO he has made a real effort to be a better communicator. Heck, he even changed the design of his hammocks after years of people asking him to do so.
Try a phone call. He might even have a Skype account so you won't be stuck with the long distance bill.
Course, this is always a good option.
Trust nobody!
When I first discovered that my HH Hex tarp was leaking I emailed 4 times (over the course of a month) and called 4 times (leaving a message and request for them to call back).
I now own a WarBonnet BlackBird and OES Tarp.
I found their customer support was excellent when I was ordering from them. (I had a lot of issues with my order; screw-ups on my end and theirs but they handled it like a champ and even gave me a free tarp.) I was impressed, but not anymore.
I ride a recumbent.
I like to HAM it up on the CW.
I use Linux.
I play go.
Of course I sleep in a hammock!

I have had nothing but good service from Hennessey. Whethere I email or call. Just remember, though email is not considered a reliable way to initiate communications.
I work in the Support dpeartment of a software firm. We make a ridiculously complex medical imaging application that requires a huge amount of intervention by us. We do accept requests for service by email, but we also tell our customers that there is no guranty we will recieve the meail, nor beable to act on it in a timely manner. We re-enforce for them that the best way is to call.
odd, both james and ann have returned emails normally within minutes of asking a question. i know when i've directed questions to Tom it has taken days, a couple were weeks before i got an answer. i did follow up twice on a technical question asked and ann finally replied that Tom was not available because he was in NZ but i did get a reply - bit snobby and lacked techincal information i was looking for but he did reply.
i assume you're leaving enough time in between when you write and waiting for a response for the time difference?
I have only bought from them once but communication was great. Every time I emailed to ask a question they always emailed back with a day or two. I'm pretty sure they can't tell where you live just by looking at an email, unless you put your address in the email. Good luck!
I'm no fan of Hennessey, but email is a notoriously unreliable form of communication. If you can't get ahold of them, don't jump to conclusions and assume it's because they are the scum of the earth. They might have no idea that you're emailing them, or they might be responding and you aren't getting those responses.
Pick up a telephone before you post an angry rant on the internet (just my opinion, of course)
