Hey, I was just playin', hopefully you caught the "smiley". Truth be told everyone is different and I'm just not that finicky. I used to be a motorcycle nut and one of the moto suspension companies had a saying "The best you've ridden is the best you know." I've never used a structural ridge so I literally don't know what I'm missing, but there is also "if it works, don't fix it." If I weren't comfortable or sleeping well, I'd try all sorts of things to make it work.

No worries on this end. I'm still learning, and there's alot to learn!

BTW, I'm cut from the same "if it ain't broke..." cloth. Never been able to get comfortable enough on that Byer hammock though - and I'm pretty sure it's been my lack of attention to hanging it...
