I'll get the make/info for it tonight, but it is just a simple bag I picked up at Wholesale Sports (I think, used to be Sportsman's Warehouse and I always get the name wrong now). It is much heavier than my North Face 0* bag I take on the trail and a lot warmer as well. Something about having the bulk and weight really helps with the cold weather, especially the mental part. It does a lot better with a little breeze as well.

We lucked into slightly colder at this overnight, but I must say by the look of things I used a ton more insulation. Not to mention a MMG Insulated sock...
Awesome report.
I like that system: Sum of the Degrees of Frost per Overnight
I would probably add a multipler for miles away from TH because when you have a 3-4 hours hike back to the car it sure feels colder.

Congrats, and way to go! You are right at record territory in a hammock!
Is that minus 28.9 a C or an F?
Except for the slight mis-read on Sunday morning all temperatures were in fahrenheit. And believe me when I say that outside the hammock it was Fahrenheit-ing Cold.

Real nice haven't got near that cold in these parts in a long while
It is a Teton XL -18C/0F bag. It looks like this one at Wholesale Sports:

This looks like the correct specs from Teton Sports:

Definitely in the affordable price range and I have used it 3 winters (~30 nights?) and love it. It has been a true 0*F bag for me. Down to zero, I don't wear any extra clothing. I am a very warm sleeper, so only use it when I know the temperatures will be low. YMMV
