I've got
* SBPro
* 10x10 tarp (forgot which one )
* KAQ UQ
* Cheap 40 degree mummy bag
* A BIG water proof bag
Would go with UQ any day over a pad if you can afford it. I can get my hammock, sleeping bag, tarp and UQ all in one side bag on my bike with room left over.
I have big waterproof kayak bag - riding I stuff my cloths, etc in it. At night I stuff my Aerostich/boots in it. Nothing worse than waking up in the AM to a dew soaked riding suit.
Another idea which I'm going to add to the mix this summer is another tarp.
I've done a few trips where it rained heavily and it would nice after a long day in the rain to pop a tarp over picnic table / bike... with all my gear, bags, etc the room under/in my hammock shrinks quickly.
Have fun (and watch out for the #@$#@$#$ deer!)
Jim
