    I read a few post about the bug net sides and top not having a "tight" seal to keep the bugs from crawling in. That's what permethrin is for!!

    when I goto the diy stores I'm searching for permethrin but no luck yet, I may have to search the internet for it.. but it seems expensive for such small amounts over here.

    It is essentially a semi-circle, with the straight edge length the same as the hammock long edge length, and two or three darts to take up the excess length on the curved edge when you sew it to the hammock. The extent to which it is not a semi-circle does not really affect anything but a small amount of excess bugnet, which is hardly noticeable.
