Clark vertex gets my vote. Cost will definitely be a consideration on this hammock though.

The hubby and I love our Clark Vertex. It has the shelf in between us, but you are enclosed in the same hammock and it is very nice and private. We didn't feel the closeness and privacy as much with two hammocks side by side.

The Clark Flex 180 may also be worth a look
I have used a Hammock Gear incubator, and a phoenix and they both work great. It is two seperate beds, so I think any regular UQ will work.

I've Fallen asleep in my yukon double with my fiancé. You have to figure that we are both under 5'6 and make up around 250 lbs combined though...
Screw that "two people in a hammock" business! Nobody is getting in my hammy! Haha.
No really, I go to the ground with my wife, otherwise it is a fight for the middle in the hammock.... whichh leaves me on the camp couch.
