You have to call the 1-888 # on the website and place the order over the phone. Dealt with customer service twice in the last couple of weeks and they were great.

I live on the Canada/US border so I have my stuff shipped to The local UPS and drive over and pick it up .

placed an order last night it all went threw then got this tonight.

"Thank you for your order and supporting GoLite. Unfortunately due to high demand we are unable to fulfill part or all of your order. We will apply a refund for the items listed below back to your credit card within 1 business day. Depending on your credit card company it may take another 2-3 days to post to your account."
