whats wrong with sil? it's half the weight of pu coated, and there is no coating to eventually rub off like pu coated does.

I can't remember where you rest, she has it all on a list. We did have a pretty fun day today gathering fabric (we bought about 60 yard s $$$), and she said on the way home that she is pretty excited about making your quilt. If she is excted, then she'll get to it soon.

She makes really nice stuff bags, we ordered some mini-cord locks from thru-hiker, and they work great for these. If anyone wants some OD/Forest Green Sil Stuff Bags, then tell her the sizes that you would want.

Precha Man/TPW, I wouldn't mind having a couple olive sil stuff sacks, each large enough for a DIY double hammock. Or even better, will you sell me enough sil to make them myself? What'll ya charge me for it or should I take this to PM?

Just be careful saying you will make a clone, for hire, of someone's product. You could be infringing on someone's copyright and get yourself in trouble.

Yeah, like the fine T. Hennessy filing a patent application on snake skins making it impossible for folks to develop similar products.

    Hey Guys,

Look what my wonderful wife made for me today using a blue wal-mart ccf pad, and some scrap ripstop.

They only weigh 1.2oz, and will be great for those late night trips away from the hammock, or to wear around camp

She calls them her "Sacred Sandals" since they are for the Preacha
