I am also taking requests for the pot luck. So far Oldgringo has in a vote for Mac and cheese which I'd be glad to do. Any other suggestions???

I figured there'd probably be a lot of main dishes; so right now I'm planning to make a hearty potato, onion, and bacon side dish in my 12" dutch oven. If my 10" oven I just ordered arrives in time (doubtful at this point) I'll also make a cobler.
