OK, I am back. I am so deeply sorry for the time it has taken. I am one who gets really impatient. So I can only imagine the frustration you all must have. The past couple of weeks I have been ready to sew and get work done. But something always comes up. We had lots of church members in and out of the hospital. We also have had about 9 children every other night for the past month. I am so ready for school to be out, so this other family can find another babysitter. I am 100% exhausted. But as of right this moment as long as my life doesn't fall apart again. I will begin to finish up the tarps and bags and quilts that have been purchased. If I can just get Dwight to make some cuts and keep the kids out of my hair it should go pretty quickly.

    My sincerest apology.
    Amanda

hang in there Amanda. i know about being over whelmed.
sometimes you just have to slow down & do what's most important first & get to the other when you can.
hopefully those that have ordered stuff will be understanding & patient.
    yall take care. ...tim

I know you are busy and probably working your *** off,
but in the end that doesn't really help me.

The thing is that, with communication most things get better and easier.

But the only thing i heard about this project was:

03-09-2008, everything is going fine, just waiting for the down!

    That's it!

So my advice to you is, communicate with your future customers.
    I don't think i''m coming back!

I'm sorry to say that i'm beyond disappointed and i don't really care if shows up or not.

It is finished and will be mailed out in the morning

We posted that all of our orders will be finished and mailed out before we leave on June 2nd. We apologize, and if Amanda wants to continue doing this after we get back at the end of June, then it will only be one person at a time.

    Thanks,
    Dwight

I applaud you both for offering to do all this in the first place. I hope she continues to do this, even if one order at a time, as there is demand for her services. I wish more folks with talent could do what she is doing. I have three items I need that I am trying to figure out how to make.

Don't get frustrated Preacha Man and Preacher's wife. Keep up the good work and be patient. Everyone who appreciates good quality and craftsmanship is willing to wait the extra time for their order.
I think the biggest problem is you offer a good product at a really good price and everyone one jumped in to scoop up a good deal.

    Brother,

Know that yall have been in my prayers. I know the stress of a "custom build" business.
