A set of those would be great for a give away for the Hoosier Hang. Any chance I can get a set?

You could make a number of latex molds and reproduce tons of these things. I even think the supplies could be found at Michaels, or Joann’s Fabrics. If the plastic they sell isn’t workable, I’m sure there’s a supplier online with the right stuff, and these could be made easier and cheaper. Weight would probably be similar, and the plastic would take to media in a tumbler easier.
The video was shot at my work which happens to be a plastic injection molding company. I wonder if i coulds make them out of polycarbonate. At first I dismissed the idea thinking they would melt from friction and polycarbonate cracks and is brittle. Maybe noryl might work. I think I might do some test tonight at work. See how much abrasion the zing it causes and how thick I would need to be. I can tell you that building a mold would cost thousands so there would have to be a big demand. Howevber I could do it cheaper than practically anyone. Well more to think about.

Thanks Dutch - you da man!
The packaging has been a great success. I am recycling scrap cardboard and putting them in coin envelopes that are made from post consumer recycled material. That makes it so I don't have to use one of those bubble envelopes. Not using the bubble envelopes means the package is less tham half an ounce and I can ship them anywhere in the country for 44 cents. I had budgeted $2 for shipping each one. Those bubble envelopes will last forever in a landfil.

Actually, what sparked the thought was someones comment about doing them in bronze (or was it using them as jewelry?)...might weigh 10 or 12 grams instead of 2, but throw a couple of nickels out of your pocket and you are re-balanced.

Those are great looking. IF you go into production, I'd pay upwards of $20 a pair and commit to 3 sets.

Not sure of your costs on these. I know Ti is expensive and your labor alone must be high as well. Hope you can find a way to get the cost down so they will be available and you can make a profit for your ingenuity!

Dutchitis -- the desire to own Dutch made gear. I am as infected as everyone else. I much prefer the Tarp Flyz name which speaks to the function and the elegance of the design. That being said I want to add, they are the bees knees!

"Bees knees" - why don't we have some gizmos with this name? Dutch, invent some!
