Hello hammock forums. I started hammock camping when i found my grandfathers G. I. style jungle hammock. He was in World War 2 and was sent to Papua New Guinea. During rain season there could be three feet of water on the ground at any given time and the jungle hammock was the only way to sleep and stay dry. The hammock is still in great shape for being made nearly 70 years ago but is not quite the size I can sleep in comfortably, but is still much better than the ground. I'm 6' 5" and around 230 lbs. That being said the hammock that I'm contemplating on buying is a Clark Nx-250 mainly because of the size and comfort rating. Other considerations are the Warbonnet Blackbird 1.7 double layer but am concerned about the size. Any bigger guys hanging in either of these hammocks? Any input would be great. Thanks to all the guys and gals that made this site possible.
