All:

I am doing some advance planning for a April 80 mile section hike on the AT in the SNP. The section in question is from around Front Royal to Waynesboro. In talking to one of my buddies who's hiked there before, he indicated that there are a lot of requirements to stay in the shelter systems there, much like the GSMNP. Has anyone had any issues hanging around the shelters in the SNP? I've never seen it come up on the forum before and I want to make sure that I don't wind up having to be a shelter rat due to some obscure rule that I'm not aware of.

Thanks for any input/info,

Sweeper
