    I was thinking along the lines of a tumbler. I used to have a rock tumbler when I was kid, man did that thing make some noise with a load of rocks in it! But it did smooth them up.

    It's one of the small vibratory tumblers sold for cleaning rifle/pistol brass for reloading. I found out it was useful on small aluminum parts about a year ago.

    Square Tube

    I started out trying Reds design but then after looking I thought that maybe a piece of square tube would work. Hear is what I did this morning. Haven't had a chance to sand it yet but it looks like they come in at about 3 grams.

    I am really starting to wonder if it would be just as simple to use a arrow toggle. I might try that over the weekend.
