    Toggles and Loops

    These are simple gross grain loops and toggles I attached (every two feet) to the edge of my hammock. I thought this idea could be multipurpose.

    To keep the hammock from flapping in the wind when you’re not in it, you can secure it to the ridge line.

    You could also use them to stow/attach a bug net of some sort, suspend an under quilt, have a side tie out, or maybe even hang your rifle!

    BTW, this modification added another .5 oz. to my set up.
