Did an 8 day trip when I was 15, since then haven't done anything as long. Definitely would like to do that again soon, it's been almost a decade!

Wow 4 weeks without re-supply for food. That's impressive. How big of a pack did you have for that?

Me so far is 5 days. Probably going to be 5 1/2 days Beginning May 2010.

5 days, on the PCT when I lived in Oregon a lifetime ago.

There are some pretty hardcore people here, I'd say 4 weeks takes the cake, unless someone else is even crazier than that?
I have heard there are troubles of more than one kind. Some come from ahead and some come from behind. But I've brought a big bat. I'm all ready you see. Now my troubles are going to have troubles with me!

8 days backpacking in Desolation Wilderness when I was 15 or 16. It was actually the same time as this story occured.

8 days when I got stuck on isle royale for two extra days. I had planned 7 days down the south side of the island, resupply, and 7 days back up the north side. Due to weather we were stuck for two extra days. I had to buy food on the last day because I was fresh out!
