    It is just slightly larger in diameter than mason line, easier to splice than mason line, and stiffer so not near the tangle head ache. I've not experienced any stretch and I've used it both dry and in the rain.

    Why do I find this thread only hours after I went out and bought hundreds of feet of expensive high tech line for making tarp ridge lines. Ah well. Back to splicing.

    p.s. The website says its designed to be low stretch.

    The guylines that Warbonnet lists are made of dyneema. The OP specified a spectra based line was what was they were looking for.
