Need options on fixing a hole in a tarp!!

I am in the middle of making a tarp. I have the cat-cuts in the fabric, and getting ready to finish sewing the ridgeline. I just made a quick stitch to get the two pieces together. My daughter lets her dog out, and she (the dog) ran right onto the fabric. Now I have a small hole, I'd say less than 1/16th". It's towards the ridgeline, but too far down to shorten the tarp. I need some options on fixing this. The fabric is 1.1 ripstop and DIY Sil. I don't know if the sil, when applied will fill the hole. I am thinking a small patch on the inside? PLEASE HELP!!!!!

put a trail patch over the hole (an embroidered patch from your favorite trail), with a sil patch and some silicone under it.

I 2nd that, even works (Holds strong enough) to mend a severely damaged Hammock.

tape one side of hole and then from the other side spread a little SilNet on the hole - wait till it sets and then take off the tape

    similar story

Last year during the winter I spent an entire weekend sewing together a tarp. On sunday night I pitched the tarp in my basement and spent a good bit of time seam sealing it. Ran upstairs to grab my phone as I was expecting a call. Came back downstairs and my cat had tried to what looks like RUN up the side! Tears and claw holes everywhere! From then on the cat went from being our cat, to being my wife's cat.

Moral of the story... I feel your pain.

Do the tape and seam sealer trick on the small holes and patch and seam seal the large ones, and then tell everyone its trail damage from years of badassery. Or just tell everyone your wife's dog did it!
