I get out every weekend and hike a few miles. Does that count.

pretty sure that would work about as well as sleeping on your textbooks....
Oh yeah, I swear by my flax seed. I grind it up (in a coffee bean grinder) as needed and add away to all kinda things. Wifey has even got into the habit. Makes that oatmeal stick to yer ribs.

Spring is starting here in central Texas and I have spent about a dozen nights in the woods next to my house since Feb. A couple of nights this week I was noticing how quiet the woods still are. Its wintertime silence still. No frogs in the creek, no kadydids in the pecan trees, no night hawks, no bats, no screech owls, no grey foxes calling, and no frustrated mosquito outside the bug net. I can't wait for the woods to awaken from winter.
